1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of dry fruits, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, spoiled, or expired

  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)

  • The package is tampered with or broken at the time of delivery

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste or personal preference

  • Opened or partially consumed products (unless damaged/incorrect)

  • Orders placed with incorrect address or contact details

2. Return Request Timeline

  • You must raise a return or refund request within 24 hours of delivery

  • Requests raised after 24 hours may not be accepted

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Clear images or video of the damaged/incorrect product

  • Reason for return

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI

5. Replacement Policy

  • If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund

  • Replacement products will be shipped within 3–5 business days after approval

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong item), shipping charges will be borne by us

  • No shipping refunds for non-eligible returns

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
